芪蛭降糖胶囊对糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Qizhi Jiangtang Capsule for Diabetes Nephrosis Patients

目的：观察芪蛭降糖胶囊对糖尿病肾病（DKD）的临床疗效。方法：选取医院于2016年7月—2017年7月内分泌科住院的早期糖尿病肾病患者96例,分为西药对照组和芪蛭降糖胶囊药物组（简称药物组）,每组48例。对照组给予常规降糖药和贝那普利治疗,药物组在对照组的基础上给予口服芪蛭降糖胶囊。观察两组患者治疗患者餐后2 h血糖（2h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（Hb A1c）、尿微量白蛋白（mAlb）、血清肌酐浓度（SCr）、尿素氮（BUN）、尿白蛋白肌酐比值（UACR）、肾小球滤过率（e GFR）表达水平。结果：治疗后,两组患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白均较治疗前降低;治疗后两组相比,药物组血糖控制明显优于对照组,且糖化血红蛋白明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者SCr、BUN、mAlb、UACR均较治疗前明显下降,e GFR较治疗前明显上升（P〈0.05）;治疗后,药物组SCr、mAlb、eGFR、UACR改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：芪蛭降糖胶囊可保护糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能,且对血糖控制具有明显效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Qizhi Jiangtang Capsule on diabetic kidney disease（ DKD）.Methods： In our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017,96 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were divided into Western medicine control group and Qizhi Jiangtang Capsule group（ hereinafter referred to as drug group）,48 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional medications with the simplex treatment and the drug group given oral Qizhi Jiangtang Capsule on the basis of the control group. We observed two groups＇ levels of 2 h PG,glycated hemoglobin（ Hb A1 c）,urine trace albumin（ m Alb）,concentration of serum creatinine（ SCr）,urea nitrogen（ BUN）,urine albumin creatinine ratio（ UACR） and glomerular filtration rate（ e GFR）. Results： After treatment,two groups＇ blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were reduced than those before treatment. The blood glucose in the drug group was obviously better than that of the control group,and glycosylated hemoglobin significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Two groups＇ SCr,BUN,m Alb and UACR were significantly decreased and the e GFR significantly increased than that before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the drug group＇s SCr,m Alb,e GFR and UACR improved better than those of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Qizhi Jiangtang Capsule can protect the diabetes nephrosis patients＇ kidney function,and has obvious effect on blood glucose control.
