萆分清饮联合普适泰片治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效分析

Effect of Beifenqing Decoction Combined with Prostat Tablets in Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

目的：探讨萆分清饮联合普适泰片治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2014年1月—2015年1月在医院接受治疗的98例慢性前列腺炎患者的资料,根据治疗方案的差别分为治疗组（49例）和对照组（49例）,对照组给予普适泰片医治,治疗组在对照组基础上给予萆分清饮医治,对两组临床效果进行比较。结果：治疗组与对照组医治的有效率分别为95.92%和83.67%,差别间具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：萆分清饮联合普适泰片医治慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of Beifenqing Decoction combined with Prostat Tablets in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed 98 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis during January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital and divided them into the treatment group（ 49 cases） and the control group（ 49 cases） according to the difference of treatments. The control group were treated with Prostat Tablets treatment. The treatment group was additionally given Beifenqing Decoction. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95. 92% and 83. 67% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〉0. 05）. In the 2 groups after treatment,the NIH-EPSI score and the number of white blood cell and IL-6 expression were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment,but the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious（ P 〈 0. 05）. Two groups had no obvious adverse reactions（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Beifenqing Decoction combined with Prostat Tablets in the treatment of chronic prostatitis can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and it is worth of clinical application.
