机翼内外翼连接区域螺栓钉载分析与布局优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对机翼内外翼连接区域的结构特点,建立了内外翼连接区域螺栓连接的有限元计算模型。利用有限元软件进行了螺栓连接应力分析,获得了连接区域螺栓的钉载大小,并对螺栓布局参数进行灵敏度分析,确定了布局参数对钉载分布的影响规律。运用黄金分割法对螺栓布局参数进行了优化,使得最严重工况下的螺栓钉载值下降了18.61%,提高了结构的承载效率,为某型战机机翼内外翼连接区域螺栓设计提供了依据。 According to the structural characteristics of the inner and outer wing connection areas for a fighter wing,the finite element model of bolts connection structure in the wing connection areas is established. The bolts load is calculated by using the finite element software,and the sensitivity of the bolts layout parameter is analyzed. The influence of layout parameters on the load distribution is determined. By using the golden section method,the bolts layout parameters are optimized,which makes the bolts load of the most serious conditions decreased by 18.61%.Thus,the bearing capacity of the structure is well improved. The present study provides the basis for the design of the inner and outer wing connection areas for fighter wings.
