玻璃纤维水泥土无侧限抗压强度特性研究 被引量:28

Unconfined compression strength characteristics of glass fiber-reinforced cemented clay

摘要 鉴于纤维的韧性和水泥的强度特性,将分散的纤维和水泥均匀掺入土体中形成纤维水泥土.通过一系列无侧限抗压强度试验,主要研究纤维掺量、水泥掺量和龄期对纤维水泥土无侧限抗压强度特性的影响.试验结果表明:纤维能有效提高素黏土和水泥土的无侧限抗压强度和韧性,当纤维掺量为0.6%时,两者的无侧限抗压强度达到峰值,然后随纤维掺量的增加而降低;纤维水泥土的无侧限抗压强度随养护龄期的增加而提高,28d达到峰值并趋于稳定;在纤维最佳掺量0.6%和水泥掺量8%条件下,纤维水泥土的无侧限抗压强度可提高到素黏土的13倍. In light of there are good toughness of fiber and good compressive strength of cement, discrete fibers and cement are evenly incorporated into the soil mass, which is fiber-reinforced cemented clay. A series of unconfined compression tests are conducted; the influences of different fiber contents, different ce- ment contents and different curing times are considered. The results of the tests show that the fiber can ef- fectively improve the unconfined compression strength and the ductility of clay and cemented clay; and their unconfined compression strengths increase to the peak when fiber content is 0. 6%; then they de crease with increasing fiber content. The unconfined compression strength of fiber-reinforced cemented clay increase with increasing curing time and reach to the peak strength and approach stabilization. The un confined compression strength of fiber-reinforced cemented is 13 times compared with clay at the optimum fiber content of 0.6% and cement content of 8%.
