摘要
超声弹性成像是一种新兴超声诊断技术,通过定量或半定量分析组织硬度或弹性,间接了解病变的组织病理基础,从而对疾病性质做出诊断。目前该技术已应用于多个系统疾病,包括乳腺、甲状腺、肝脏、前列腺、淋巴结等,但在皮肤疾病方面的研究较少。本文就超声弹性成像技术在皮肤和附属器疾病评估中的应用及研究进展做一综述。
ultrasound elastography is a new ultrasonic diagnostic technique, by which tissue stiffness or elasticity is detected with quantitative or semi quantitative analysis, learning the histopathological basis of the lesions indirectly, so as to diagnose the diseases qualitatively. Now it has been used in diseases of multiple systems, including the breast, thyroid, liver, prostate, lymph nodes and so on. But few studies have been done on skin diseases. This article reviews the research progress and application of ultrasound elastography in the evaluation of diseases of skin and appendages.
