From Root System to Wandering Existence—— Interpretation of Theory of Existence in Chinese Urbanization Process

现代城市化进程给人的生存带来了根本性变化,也即从"根系式生存"到"漂泊式生存"的巨变。为了理解这一巨变的本质,我们需要思考的问题包括:人如何从"常住群体"变成"暂住个体";人的"乡土生活空间"如何变身为具有强烈泡沫特性的"景观空间";以往千百年来以"根系形态"缓慢迁延的"传统"如何变身为"如梦幻泡影"般变化的"时尚";如果说人类数千年前曾经历了从"游牧时代"到"定居时代"的转变,今天他们何以再度变成了"都市游牧群体";等等。

Modern urbanization process brings many basic changes to human existence, that is, the great change from＂root system existence＂to＂wandering existence＂. To understand the nature of the change, we should think about the issues： how man changes from＂permanent residential group＂to＂temporary residential individual＂; from＂homeland living space＂to foaming＂scenery space＂; from＂root system existence＂since thousands of years to＂dreamy foaming＂fashion; thousands of years ago man experiences from＂nomadic era＂to＂residential era＂, and today how they become＂urban nomadic group＂.
