绿色农业发展中的农户意愿及其行为影响因素研究——基于浙江丽水市农户调查数据的实证

A Study of the Factors Influencing Farmers' Willingness and Behaviors in Green Agricultural Development: An Empirical Analysis Based on the Survey Data of Farmers in Lishui City Zhejiang Province

绿色农业是现代农业可持续发展的主导模式,农户作为农业生产的主体,其意愿及行为对绿色农业的发展至关重要。基于浙江丽水市370户农户的调查数据,运用双变量Probit模型分析农户从事绿色农业的意愿及其行为的影响因素。研究结果表明,农户从事绿色农业的意愿和行为存在相关关系。农户的政治面貌、务农时间、绿色农业环境经济价值认知和危害认知因素对其从事绿色农业的意愿起到显著促进作用;农户生活垃圾处理和畜禽粪污处理变量则起到显著抑制作用。这一结论对进一步理解农户从事绿色农业的意愿及其行为有重大的现实意义,有助于促进农业供给侧结构性改革及"乡村振兴"战略的实施。

Green agriculture is the dominant mode of the sustainable development of modern agriculture. As the main body of agricultural production, farmers＇ willingness and behaviors are crucial to the development of green agriculture. Based on the survey data of 370 farmer households in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, this paper applies the bivariate Probit model to analyze the factors influencing farmers＇ willingness and behaviors in green agriculture. The results show that there is a correlation between farmers＇ willingness to engage in green agriculture and their behaviors. Such factors as farmers＇ political status, years engaged in farming, their perception of the economic value of green agricultural environmental and their perception of hazards have great influence on farmers＇ willingness to engage in green agriculture, while the variables of farmers domestic rubbish disposal and livestock and poultry waste treatment will play a significant inhibitory role. This conclusion has a certain significance for further understanding of farmers＇ willingness and behaviors to be engaged in green agriculture, which can contribute to the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and the implementation of the ＂ Rural Revitalization＂ strategy.
