Tracking Wheel Test for Composite Insulator with Large Diameter: Part Ⅰ-Discussion on Test Parameters

摘要 为研究大直径复合绝缘子转轮法的试验方法和试验现象,设计并实现了一套适用于大直径试品的转轮法试验装置。进行了大直径复合绝缘子转轮法试验参数的探讨。对大、中、小3种直径的复合绝缘子试品分别进行了以去离子水、NaCl体积质量为0.4和0.7 kg/m^3的溶液为试验条件的长达168 h的转轮法试验。结果表明,在不同NaCl体积质量下,最大泄漏电流峰值均与试品平均直径近似呈线性关系。对于不同直径的试品,最大泄漏电流峰值与NaCl体积质量呈线性关系。标准试验条件下大直径试品的最大泄漏电流峰值可达144.2 mA。由试验结果可知,现有标准中规定的试验参数不适用于大直径的绝缘子试品,一些试验参数如NaCl体积质量需要进行调整,并给出了具体的推荐调整方案。 In order to study the test method and phenomena of tracking wheel test for composite insulator with large diameter,we designed and constructed a tracking wheel test device suitable for large-diameter specimens. Firstly, test parameters of tracking wheel test for composite insulator with large diameter were discussed. Then, three specimens, one with large diameter, one with medium diameter, and the other one with small diameter, were tested under the NaCl content of 0.0, 0.4 and 0.7 kg/m^3, respectively. Each test lasted for a week. The results show that, under different NaCl contents, the maximum peak value of leakage current is approximately linear to average diameter of the specimen. For specimens with different diameters, the maximum peak value of leakage current is linear to the NaCl content. Under the test conditions specified in the standard, the maximum peak value of leakage current reaches 144.2 mA. According to the test results, the test parameters in the current standards are not suitable for specimens with relatively larger diameters and some of them need to be adjusted, such as the NaCl content.Finally, a detailed adjustment method was proposed.
