摘要
本文笔者立足自身实践,在总结国内部分高校有关图书馆岗位用人计划的基础上,分析目前图书馆学就业形势,并且结合自身就业经验,提出如何培养图书馆学专业人才,旨在提高图书馆学专业人才就业率。
In this paper, the author, based on their own practice, summarizes the post plan of choosing and emplo- ying persons of colleges, and on the basis of analyzing the current employment situation of library science, com- bined with their own employment experience, finally puts forward how to train the student of Library Science and increase their employment rate.
