摘要
近年来,随着IM(Instant Messaging,IM)工具的迅速发展,传统基于web1.0和web2.0的图书馆参考咨询已不能满足用户的某些特定需求,在IM工具上嵌入智能机器人开展实时参考咨询成为一种必然趋势,只有合理地选择利用好,才能实现图书馆的人工智能化,使得图书馆的服务更加人性化和个性化。
In recent years, with the rapid development of IM ( Instant Messaging, IM) tools, the traditional web1. 0 and web2.0 library reference are unable to meet some of the specific needs of users. Intelligent robot embedded in IM tools to carry out real -time reference becomes inevitable trend. Only by reasonable choice can we realize ar- tificial intelligence of the library, and library service become more humane and personalized.
