递归论在复杂性组织系统中的应用及方法论意蕴——以VSM模型为例

The Application of Recursive Theory in Complex Organizational System and Its Methodological Value

摘要 递归论不仅是设计和描述算法的一种有力工具,也是理解复杂性系统层次性、有机性的一个重要视角。英国系统科学家斯塔福德·比尔提出的VSM模型,将递归引入复杂性组织系统中,把管理对象看作是目的本身而非工具,将组织系统视作为具有递归功能的活系统,对组织进行递归与多维递归。VSM模型不仅扩展递归理论的应用范围,也将递归作为复杂性组织系统存在、运作和发展的一个基本手段。在方法论上,递归不仅包含还原的功能,还有助于对突现进行理解。 Recursion theory is not only a powerful tool for designing and'describing algorithms, but also an important perspective to understand the hierar- chical and organic nature of complexity systems. The VSM model proposed by Stafford Beer will be recursively introduced into the complex organization and management, the management object as the purpose itself rather than the tool, the organization system as a recursive function of the viable system, let the organization be recursive and under multidimensional recursion. The VSM model not only extends the application scope of the recursive theory, also regard recursion as a basic means of the existence, operation and development of the complexity system organization. In the methodology, reeursion not only includes the function of reduction, also helps to explain the emergence.
