摘要
汽轮发电机转子在超速间进行动平衡超速时经常发生飞油,严重影响转子质量。文章通过分析现有工装挡油板结构和飞油原因,设计了全新结构的工装挡油板,并在转子动平衡超速时对其进行了验证。
Oil fly occurred frequently during the turbine generator rotor dynamic balancing under over speed condition to influence the quality of the rotor. Through the analysis on the current tooling, the oil baffle, in the fields of construction and reason to produce the oil fly, the new construction oil baffle was designed, performance of which was verified during the rotor dynamic balancing under over speed condition.
