新时代我国实施区域协调发展战略的思考

我国正在推进形成的"四大板块+三大战略"的区域发展战略已经取得了良好成效。党的十九大报告中提出要深入实施区域协调发展战略,加快缩小城乡区域发展差距。本文基于统计数据,对我国东中西部地区经济发展、基础设施投入水平、城乡居民生活水平等衡量区域发展差距的指标进行比较分析,结果表明:我国东中西部经济发展水平差距得到有效控制,城乡差距持续缩小,区域协调发展取得良好效果,但仍然存在地区差别较大、区域发展分化等问题。最后根据研究结论,结合新时代我国区域发展战略部署,提出推进区域协调发展的路径与对策。

China is making good progress in forming a regional development strategy of ＂four major sectors and three major strategies＂. The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of regional coordinated development in an in-depth manner and accelerate the narrowing of the development gap between urban and rural areas. Based on the data of the statistical data, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the economic development, infrastructure investment level and living standards of urban and rural residents in the eastern, central and western regions of China. The results show that the gap between the levels of economic development in the eastern, central and western regions of China has been effectively controlled, the gap between urban and rural areas has been continuously narrowed, and the regional coordinated development has achieved good results. However, there are still some problems such as large differences between regions and provinces and the regional development differentiation. Finally, the paper proposes the ways and countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of regions in light of the strategic deployment of China’s regional development in the new era.
