开放创新视角下我国智能制造发展路径与机制

制造业是实体经济的重要基石。研究我国智能制造开放创新的路径与机制,对促进我国经济结构调整和产业转型升级,具有重大的现实意义。本文在阐释智能制造与开放创新内涵的基础上,对中国智能制造开放创新发展现状及存在的问题进行了梳理分析;并从参与全球技术创新联盟、推动产业创新资源集聚、构筑开放创新多方支撑、收购具有创新精神团队四个方面,探讨了开放创新视角下我国智能制造的发展路径及其作用机制;最后,针对如何提高基于开放创新下的我国智能制造水平,提出三大对策建议:设立智能制造开放创新发展基金、构建智能制造开放创新能力均衡体系、搭建智能制造开放创新平台。

As an important cornerstone of the real economy, manufacturing industry has an important practical significance in promoting the adjustment and transformation of China’s economic structure through the study of the path and mechanism of open innovation in China’s intelligent manufacturing. First, based on the connotation of intelligent manufacturing and open innovation, we analyze the current situation and problems of China’s intelligent manufacturing and open innovation. Secondly,from the points of view of participation in the global technology innovation alliance, the promotion of industrial innovation resources agglomeration, the establishment of open innovation multi-party support, and the acquisition of innovative spirit team, we explore the development path of Intelligent Manufacturing in China from the perspective of open innovation. Finally, in view of how to improve the level of intelligent manufacturing based on open innovation in China, it proposes the countermeasures of establishing an open innovation development fund for intelligent manufacturing and constructing a balanced system of open innovation ability of intelligent manufacturing and building an open innovation platform for intelligent manufacturing.
