摘要
我国出版产业的重要组成部分——区域出版产业正面临着机遇与挑战并存的发展形势。我国经济发展和产业结构的区域差异,导致区域出版产业呈现出发展水平的不平衡性、经营范围的区域化、利益共享的分工合作、多元化经营等特征。本文通过对区域出版产业发展中面临的传统出版向数字出版转型的困境、内外部环境的制约因素等问题进行分析,在对区域出版产业特征进行描述的基础上,提出区域出版"走出去"战略;加强区域资源整合与产业融合;加大政府引导,构建各区域出版市场监管机制;加速推进产业链建设,优化各环节之间的利益分配机制;加快各区域出版产业人才培养和人才引进等对策建议。
As an important part of the publishing industry in our country, the regional publishing industry is facing the development situation with both opportunities and challenges. Due to the regional differences in economic development and industrial structure in our country, the publishing industry in the region has shown the characteristics of unbalanced development level, regionalization of business scope, division of labor and diversification of benefit sharing. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of regional publishing industry and the problems of the transition from traditional publishing to digital publishing in the development of regional publishing industry and the constraints of internal and external environment,this paper proposes the strategies of "going global" in regional publishing, strengthening the integration of regional resources and industrial integration, increasing the government guidance to build the regional publishing market regulatory mechanism, accelerating the construction of industrial chain and optimizing the distribution of benefits among all sectors and speeding up the talent training and talent introduction of the publishing industry in various regions.
