摘要在区域创新网络中,企业通过与各个实体结点间正式与非正式的沟通与合作表现为各种网络特征,这种特征决定着企业获取知识机会的大小、知识丰裕程度的高低,进而影响着企业的知识创新能力与知识创新绩效。因此,企业应该充分利用正式与非正式的网络进行知识创新。 Abstract： In the regional innovation networks, the enterprises＇ formal and informal communication and cooperation with nodes of entities manifest a variety of network characteristics, which determines the probability about how much knowledge they can acquire and further affect their knowledge innovation ability and knowledge innovation performance. Therefore, enterprises should make full use of formal and informal networks to carry out knowledge innovation.
