呼吸训练可改善心力衰竭患者的临床效果 被引量:8

Clinical Effects of Respiratory Training on Improving Patients with Heart Failure

摘要 为了探讨心力衰竭患者应用呼吸方法训练的临床效果,本研究选取了2015年6月至2016年1月在我院进行治疗的200例心力衰竭患者为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组100例患者。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,实验组在常规治疗和护理的基础上给予呼吸训练,时间为6个月。对两组患者治疗前、治疗后的心功能指标、呼吸困难分级、6min步行距离和生活质量进行分析比较。研究结果显示,经呼吸训练后,实验组患者的LVEF(48.9±6.6)明显大于对照组患者(42.9±3.7)(p〈0.05);实验组BNP含量(431.4±40.4)明显低于对照组(568.5±41.1)(p〈0.05);实验组患者的呼吸困难分级得分(2.20±0.27)明显低于对照组(3.09±0.31)(p〈0.05);实验组患者的6min步行距离(492.20±9.27)明显长于对照组患者(433.09±6.31)(p〈0.05);实验组患者的明尼苏达评分(45.8±2.6)明显低于对照组患者(55.3±3.4)(p〈0.05)。本研究表明,对于心力衰竭患者而言,呼吸训练能够明显改善心功能指标,改善呼吸,增加运动耐受力,提高患者生活质量。 In order to explore the clinical effects of respiratory training on improving patients with heart failure, this study selected 200 cases of heart failure patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2016 as the research object, and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, while the experimental group were additionally given respiratory training on that basis, with 6 months of training time. The heart function indexes, dyspnea grades, walking distance of 6 min and the quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment. The results showed that after respiratory training, the LVEF of patients in the experimental group (48.9±6.6) was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group (42.9±3.7) (p 〈0.05); The content of BNP in the experimental group (431.4±40.4) was significantly lower than that in the control group (568.5±41.1) (0〈0.05); The dyspnea grades of the experimental group (2.20±0.27) were significantly lower than the control group (3.09±0.31) (0〈0.05); The 6 min walking distance of patients in the experimental group (492.20±9.27) was significantly longer than the patients in the control group (433.09±6.31) (p〈0.05); The Minnesota scores of patients in the experimental group (45.8±2.6) was significantly lower than in the control group (55.3±3.4) (p〈0.05). Our research suggested that for patients with heart failure, respiratory training could significantly improve the cardiac function indexes, improve breathing, increase exercise tolerance, and improve the quality of life of patients.
