摘要
S-Zorb汽油吸附脱硫技术是国Ⅴ汽油升级的主要手段,其中闭锁料斗是吸附剂循环的中转站,通过程序控制确保吸附剂的连续再生。闭锁料斗是S-Zorb装置的核心设备,也是日常生产中最易出现故障,从而导致吸附剂循环中断的设备之一,其运行工况的平稳度直接决定装置的长周期稳定运行。以中国石化某公司150×104t/a S-Zorb汽油吸附脱硫装置为例,闭锁料斗是一个系统,过滤器、程控阀、通气盘等部分是一个整体,互相牵制,尤其是过滤器和阀门互相影响较大,日常运行维护时,需全盘考虑。严格控制闭锁料斗过滤器的压差不能超标,关注过滤器的反吹效果,减少装置手动操作,避免闭锁料斗填充过量,造成满罐。关注程控阀门的回讯时间,及时调正闭锁料斗相关参数,确保其可靠的填充料位。合理调整闭锁料斗操作相关参数,如料位高度、时间、压力等。通过优化改进,减少了因过滤器损坏导致的吸附剂泄漏,甚至破坏吸附剂系统的正常循环,为装置长周期运行提供保障。
S Zorb gasoline adsorption desulfurization technology is the main method for National V gasoline upgrading,and lock hopper,as a transfer station for adsorbent cycle,guarantees the continuous regeneration of adsorbent through program control.Lock hopper is the core equipment of S Zorb unit and also one of the most vulnerable equipment which breaks down easily during daily operation and results in the interruption of adsorbent cycle,so the stability of its operating conditions directly determines the long-term stable operation of the unit.Taking a 1.5 Mt/a S Zorb unit of SINOPEC as an example,the lock hopper is a system,the filters,the sequencing valves and the ventilation plates are regarded as a whole and constrain each other,and in particular,the filters interact greatly with the valves,so overall consideration is needed for daily operation and maintenance.The pressure difference of the lock hopper filter should be strictly controlled,attention should be paid to the back blowing effect of the filter,the manual operation of the unit should be minimized,and the overfilling of the lock hopper should be avoided.Attention should be paid to the echo time of sequencing valves,and relevant parameters of the lock hopper should be adjusted in time to ensure a reliable filling level.Operation-related parameters of the lock hopper such as material level,time and pressure should be reasonably adjusted.Through optimization and improvement,the leakage of adsorbents and even the destruction of normal adsorbent cycle caused by filter damage can be minimized,providing guarantee for the long-term operation of the unit.
