美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium in Treatment of Infectious Pneumonia Among Newborns

目的:探讨美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年2月—2017年2月黄冈市中心医院收治的新生儿感染性肺炎患者96例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。观察组患儿给予美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗,对照组患儿给予青霉素治疗。观察两组患儿的临床疗效,退热、症状缓解及住院时间。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率为93.75%(45/48),明显高于对照组的68.75%(33/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿退热、症状缓解及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的疗效显著,可改善患儿的临床症状。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium in treatment of infectious pneumonia among newborns. METHODS： 96 newborns with infectious pneumonia admitted into Huanggang Central Hospital from Feb. 2016 to Feb. 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 48 cases in each. The observation group was given mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium,while the control group was treated with penicillin. The clinical efficacy,times of fever regression and symptoms relief,hospital stays of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 93. 75%（ 45/48）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 68. 75%,33/48）,with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）; the hospital stays,times of fever regression and symptoms relief of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P 0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium in treatment of infectious pneumonia among newborns is remarkable,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms.
