红外指纹图谱对不同炮制时间大黄炭的质量控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨红外指纹图谱对不同炮制时间大黄炭的质量控制研究。方法:根据《中华人民共和国药典》,采用炒炭法将大黄分别武火炒制0、12、15、18、20、22、24、30和35 min,得到样品1—9,经中药老专家经验判断其炮制质量后,采用红外指纹图谱对其进行质量检测及聚类分析。结果:样品1—6的相似度很高,均>0.99;而样品7—9的红外指纹图谱较样品1—6发生较大变化,且其与样品1—6的相似度均在0.93左右。结论:红外指纹图谱可以作为大黄炭质量控制的辅助方法。 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the quality control study of different processing time rhubarb charcoal by IR fingerprint. METHODS: According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia,9 samples were respectively obtained from fry charcoal of rhubarb charcoal with high heat in different processing time of 0,12,15,18,20,22,24,30 and 35 min. The processing quality were judged by the old Chinese traditional medicine experts; quality determination and clustering analysis were conducted through IR fingerprint. RESULTS: The samples of 1 to 6 were very similar and the similarities were above 0. 99, but the similarities between the three groups of 7,8 and 9 was around 0. 93.CONCLUSIONS: The IR fingerprint can be used as a method of quality control of rhubarb charcoal.
