法律规范视角下的美国公共图书馆少儿服务

Research on the Children Services of American Public Library from the Perspective of Legal Norms

美国是世界上图书馆法制建设最为完善的国家之一。美国图书馆界涉及到为少儿服务的法律非常多。我国目前还没有专门针对少年儿童服务的图书馆法,而《公共图书馆法(草案》尚在审议阶段。为了指导和规范图书馆少儿服务的开展,我国可以借鉴美国的相关法律规范,并结合公共图书馆少儿服务的具体情况,构建一套与《公共图书馆法》相结合的配套性文件。

The United States is one of the most perfect library legal construction countries in the world. There are many laws in the library of America that involves serving young children. At present,China does not have a law for serving young children,and also the Public Library's Law( Draft) is still under-deliberation. In order to guide and standardize the development of children's library services,our country can draw lessons from American relevant legal norms. Combined with the specific situation of the public library of children's services,builds a set of matched document combined with the Public Library's Law.
