新型城镇化背景下农转非人员创业就业信息获取现状调查与分析——以河南省正阳县为例

The Survey and Analysis of Acquiring Entrepreneurship and Employment Information of Urbanized Personnel under the Background of New Urbanization——Taking Zhengyang County,Henan Province as an example

农转非人员的再就业问题一直都是我国新型城镇化建设必须解决的重要问题。调查发现,受信息获取渠道单一、传统、信息素养较低及自身文化素质不高等因素的限制,农转非人员对创业就业信息基本缺失,信息获取现状堪忧,提升农转非人员的信息获取能力是在短期内解决该问题的关键点和突破口。这不仅能倒逼农转非人员信息意识的提升,拓宽该群体信息获取渠道,而且具备实施的基础和可行性。

The problem of reemployment of urbanized personnel has always been an important problem to be solved in China's new-type urbanization construction. However,the survey finds that,due to single and traditional information access,low information literacy and low level of their own cultural quality constraints,urbanized personnel lacks of entrepreneurial and employment information,and the present situation of their information acquisition is worrying. So it is the key point and breakthrough that enhance urbanized personnel's ability to obtain information in the short term. It will not only improve the information awareness of urbanized personnel and broaden their access to obtain information,but also have the basis and feasibility of implementation.
