硅油及填料对耐高温导热材料的性能影响 被引量:3

Effect of silicone oils and fillers on high temperature resistance of thermally conductive materials

摘要 随着近年来科技的进步,大功率电器发热量也随之增加;对导热材料的热导率、热阻、施工工艺以及稳定性提出更高的要求。通过比较几种常见硅油、不同苯基含量的苯基硅油以及不同填料配比,研究了对导热材料综合性能的影响因素。结果表明,苯基硅油与氧化铝和氧化锌搭配的导热材料在耐高温等综合性能上的优势相对最大,适中的苯基含量以及填料的配比可以得到耐温性较好、热导率较高以及超低接触热阻的导热产品。 In recent years, with the progress of science and technology, the heat productivity of the high-power electric appliances also increased; the higher requirements for the thermal conductivity, thermal resistance, construction processibility and stability of the thermally conductive materials are presented. In this paper, the effects of several common silicone oils, the phenyl silicone oils with different phenyl group content and different filler ratios on the comprehensive properties of thermally conductive materials were compared. The results show that the comprehensive properties, including the high temperature resistance, of the blending products of phenyl silicone oil, alumina and zinc oxide is relatively the best The moderate content of phenyl groups and filler ratio can obtain the thermally conductive products with good temperature resistance, high thermal conductivity and low contact thermal resistance.
