钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管耐作用力破坏性能研究

摘要 钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管(MRP)为一种钢塑复合结构管材,粘接树脂与钢带间的粘接性能对管道质量有重要影响。本文根据管材实际应用过程所受作用力情况,建立了管材剥离试验方法和恒重试验方法,从短时间高作用力和长时间低作用力这2方面对管材的粘接性能进行了研究。同时采用对比分析法,对3种类型粘接树脂进行了测试,综合评价了管材的粘接情况。结果表明,在保证粘接树脂剥离强度的同时,粘接树脂的高韧性可增强管材的耐作用力破坏性能。 Metal reinforced polyethylene spiral corrugated pipe(MRP) is a kind of steel-plastic composite pipe, and the bonding performance between adhesive resin and steel is of great importance to the pipe quality. In this paper, considering the practical situation when the force was applied on the pipe, the peeling test method and the constant weight method for the tubing were constructed. The bonding performance was studied under both the conditions of short time with high applied force and long time with low applied force. At the same time, three types of adhesive resins were tested to evaluate the bonding performance using comparative analysis method. The results showed that the higher toughness of the adhesive resin brought the stronger damage resistance when the peeling strength of the adhesive resin was ensured. The testing method established in this paper provides a reference for adhesive resin selection, and is meaningful to enhance the quality of MRP.
