石油管材产品标准应用现状及发展建议

Application Status and Developing Recommendations for Standards of Petroleum Tubular Goods

标准是组织生产和货物交易的重要依据。结合石油管材的标准体系和应用现状,首先介绍了石油管材标准的分类及特点,然后分别从标准制定者在标准体系建设方面、用户在产品选型标准应用方面及制造商在生产中对标准的使用三个角度分析了相关标准在实际操作中存在的问题。进而结合具体贸易工作中遇到的问题,提出了对石油管材产品标准的发展建议。

Standard is the important criterion for organizing production and commodity transaction. The classification and characteristics of the current standards of petroleum tubular goods are introduced briefly. The difficulties and problems in standards implementation are dis-cussed in three aspects, including standards system design ＆ building, user ＆ application, and manufacturer ＆ producing respectively. Based on the available experience of the market work in practice, the work is concluded by offering a set of recommendations for the stand-ards implementation and future development.
