摘要
针对目前电导阵列探针产出剖面测井仪含水传感器一致性差,仪器耐温、耐压指标低等问题,研制了一套新型的单芯遥测电导阵列探针产出剖面测井仪。通过标准化机械和电路设计,确保仪器各部件和功能短接互联、互通和互换。介绍了该测井仪的总体结构和测量原理,阐述了新增机械和电路设计功能。完成了仪器在模拟井的含水动态响应实验。新型仪器对油泡反映敏感,电路工作稳定、测井时效高、组装和维修方便。
Aiming at the sensors5 poor consistency, low temperature and pressure technical indexes of the existing conductance array probes logging instrument, a new single core telemetry conductive array probe logging instrument in productivity profile logging is developed. The standardized designs of machinery and circuit ensure that all parts and functions of the instrument can be interconnected, interoperable and interchangeable. The structure and measurement principle are introduced, and the new functions of the machinery and the circuit design are elaborated. The dynamic response of water-cut in experimental well shows that the new instrument is sensitive to oil bubbles. The new in-strument is stable in circuit, efficient in logging, and convenient for assembling and maintaining.
