摘要
沉管安装完成后为防止管节偏移,需要及时对已安装管节进行回填作业,其中锁定回填是沉管安装后的一道关键性工序。由于锁定回填是在管节两侧进行大体积、大面积的碎石回填,锁定回填期间碎石的侧压力及重力会直接影响到沉管纵横向偏移及沉降变化。文章结合港珠澳大桥对沉管管节锁定回填前后的沉降监测,分析了沉降产生的具体原因,阐述了锁定回填对沉降的影响,对后续类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
After the completion of the installation of the immersed pipe, in order to prevent the deviation of the pipe section, it is necessary to carry out the backfill operation on the pipe section in time, in which the locking backfill is a key process after the installation of the immersed pipe. Because the locking backfill is a large volume and a large area of gravel backfill at both sides of the pipe section, the lateral pressure and gravity of the crushed rock during the locking backfill will directly affect the longitudinal and lateral deflection of the immersed pipe and the settlement change. Based on the settlement monitoring before and after the locking backfill of the immersed tube section by the HZMB project, we analyzed the causes of the settlement, expounded the influence of locking backfill on the settlement, which has certain reference significance for the future similar engineering.
