摘要
以某综合码头为例,结合大水位差高桩梁板码头系靠船结构及前排桩基的选型,对其系靠船结构和前排桩基进行优化,提出了混凝土系靠船结构+PHC桩的新型高桩梁板码头结构形式,从结构受力、耐久性及经济性等方面与传统钢系靠船结构+钢管桩结构形式对比。结果表明:该新型码头结构受力明确、耐久性好,不仅降低了工程造价和使用期的维护费用,还有效地解决了钢结构易锈蚀等问题,为以后类似大水位差高桩梁板码头结构设计提供技术参考。
Taking an all-purpose wharf as an example, by referring to the selection of berthing structure and the front piles for beam-slab high-pile wharf with large water difference, we optimized its berthing structure and the front pile foundation, presenteda new type of beam-slab high-pile wharf with concrete berthing structure + PHC pile, and compared to the traditional steel berthing structure + steel pipe pile structure from the aspects of structural stress, durability and economy. The results show that the new wharf structure has stressing definite, good durability, low cost and maintenance costs for the use period, while solves corrosion problem of steel structure. It provides technical reference for beam-slab high-pile wharf with large water difference.
