以有效相态为视角探讨中药复方药性传递规律

Laws of the Delivery of Drug Property in Compound TCM Formulas from the Perspective of Effective Phase

以有效成分为主要考察指标的中药复方制剂是导致药性不能完整传递的重要因素之一。以有效相态为评价指标研究复方药性传递已成为研究热点。本文以汤液有效相态为切入点,在中药复方药性配伍传递理论的指导下,秉着传承"方-证-剂-效"理论的目的,通过对经典古籍及现代文献的查阅、归纳总结,以有效相态为研究视角对于中药复方制剂的研究有着重要的意义。

Taking effective components as the main index is one of the important factors that lead to the inability of intact delivery of compound TCM formulas. Effective phase as an evaluation index has become a research hot spot when studying the delivery of drug property in compound formulas. This study took effective phase of the decoction as the entry point,under the guidance of the delivery of drug property in compound formulas,adhered to the theory of "formula-syndrome-preparation-effect ",through reviewing and summarizing relative classic books and recent literature,it found out that the effective phases play an important role in studying the compound TCM formulas.
