精准医学背景下的传统配伍与有效组分配伍

Role of Traditional Compatibility and Components Compatibility under the Background of Precision Medicine

中药配伍是方剂学的核心内容,是方剂构成、运用和解析的基本元素,也是传统方剂学研究的焦点,是中医学整体、宏观、辨证的学术特点和中药学四气五味升降沉浮和归经理论与临床有机结合的产物。有效组分配伍是借鉴传统方剂配伍的思维模式,以现代药理学为理论工具,针对微观靶点和分子层面的重新构建和设计,药物成分相对较少,药理作用较为明晰,药效相对稳定。本文结合传统配伍与有效组分配伍的特点,探讨两种配伍模式与精准医学的相互关系及未来的发展方向。

Theory and clinical practice of herbal compatibility are the core contents of TCM formula,developed from the dynamic integration of holistic,macroscopic and pattern differentiation of TCM and the theory of four properties and five flavor,features of ascending and descending,and meridian tropism of Chinese materia medica. It is not only the research focus of TCM formula,but also the basic elements of formula constituting,applying and analyzing. The effective component compatibility,is derived from the mindset of herb combination,with modern pharmacology as the tool,to reconstruct and redesign the compatibility to microscopic target and molecular level. It has the advantages of relative less pharmaceutical composition with definite and stable pharmacological effects. This article discussed the characteristics of the two different compatibility pattern and their mutual relation with precision medicine and future development.
