摘要
目的:对黄连4个不同部位(根茎、须根、茎和叶)中5种生物碱(小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀、表小檗碱和药根碱)的含量和生物累积量进行比较分析,为黄连非药用部位(须根、茎和叶)的资源综合利用提供参考和依据。方法:以恩施地区3批黄连样品为实验材料,采用HPLC对黄连4个部位中5种生物碱含量和生物积累量进行测定,并作分析比较。结果:黄连非药用部位各生物碱含量、生物量和生物积累量较高,非药用部位小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀、表小檗碱和药根碱生物积累量占全株依次为14.7%、20.8%、7.5%、17.8%、31.9%。结论:黄连非药用部位各生物碱具有一定的综合利用价值,应对黄连药用资源进行再开发和深度利用。
Objective: To compare the contents and bioaccumulate of five kinds of alkaloids( berberine,coptisine,palmatine,epiberberine and jatrorrhizine) from four different parts of Coptis chinensis( rhizome,fibrous root,stem and leaf),thus to provide reference for comprehensive utilization of non-medicinal parts( fibrous root,stem and leaf) of this herb.Methods: Three batches of Coptis chinensis in Enshi area were used as the study subject,the contents,biomass and bioaccumulate of five kinds of alkaloids from four different parts of this herb were analyzed by HPLC. Results: The contents,biomass and bioaccumulate of alkaloids in the non-medicinal parts were much higher; the contents of berberine,coptisine,palmatine,epiberberine and jatrorrhizine in the non-medicinal parts were 14. 7% ,20. 8% ,7. 5% ,17. 8% and 31. 9% respectively compared to the whole plant. Conclusion: The alkaloids in the non-medicinal parts of Coptis chinensis should be made full use.
