摘要
柔轮是谐波减速器中容易发生失效的薄壁构件,为了研究柔轮在运动过程中的变形和应力变化特性,文章建立了谐波减速器的等效三维模型,运用Abaqus对柔轮进行了运动学分析,得到了柔轮在谐波减速器运动过程中的形状变化和应力分布规律。研究发现:在凸轮转动前,柔轮径向变形比较平缓并且长轴和短轴变形方向相反,切向变形为零,凸轮转动阶段,径向变形呈周期为0.5秒的周期变化。柔轮齿廓和杯底应力成锯齿状变化,应力在凸轮转动阶段呈周期为0.5秒的周期变化,最大应力较大。
Flexible wheel is a thin-walled component which is prone to failure in harmonic reducer. In order to study the defor-mation and stress characteristics of flexible wheel in the course of motion, the equivalent three-dimensional model of harmonic reduc-er is established in this paper, and the kinematic analysis of flexible wheel is carried out using Abaqus. The shape change and stress distribution of flexible wheel in the motion of harmonic reducer are obtained. It is found that before the cam rotation, the radi-al deformation of the flexure wheel is relatively smooth and the direction of deformation of the long axis and the short axis is oppo-site, the tangential deformation is zero, and the radial deformation of the cam rotates with a period of 0.5 seconds. The tooth profile and the bottom stress of the flexible wheel are serrated, and the stress changes in the rotation stage of the cam is a period of 0.5 seconds, and the maximum stress is larger.
