摘要
在全球知识经济发展的关键时期,创新是实现区域产业升级、提升区域竞争力的必然选择。文章结合江苏省在国家战略发展中独特地位及资源,以创新全球化为背景,分析了江苏的创新资源在区域发展中的现状,为江苏推进"聚力创新",促进区域发展、建成创新型省份提出了相关对策。
In the key period of the development of global knowledge economy, innovation is the inevitable choice to realize the upgrading of regional industry and enhance the regional competitiveness. Based on the unique status and resources of Jiangsu Province in the national strategic development, this paper analyzes the current situation of Jiangsu＇s innovation resources in the re-gional development, taking the innovation globalization as the background, for Jiangsu to promote ＂cohesive innovation＂, promote re-gional development, build innovative provinces and put forward the relevant countermeasures.
