厦门湾航标配布评估及建议

厦门湾是台湾海峡西岸经济区的核心区域,海上丝绸之路的重要支点。近年,厦门东南国际航运中心及邮轮母港建设加快推进,促使沿海港口、航路、航道、码头调整变化加快,船舶交通流量急剧增大,船舶大型化趋势显现,沿海通航环境日益复杂,对包括助航标志为主的通航环境安全保障需求不断增强。为使该水域内航标整体效能更能满足和适应现有通航安全的保障需求,提供更加全面、系统、完整的助导航信息,文章经充分评估所涉及的十一条航道的航标效能现况,提出问题和建议,以期更好发挥航海保障作用,保证海上船舶航行安全。

Xiamen Bay is the core area of the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Strait and an important fulcrum of the Maritime Silk Road. In recent years, the construction of Xiamen Southeast International Shipping Center and cruise home port has been accelerated, and the adjustment and change of coastal ports, shipping routes, waterways and wharves have been accelerated, the traffic volume of ships has increased sharply, and the trend of ship size has emerged. The coastal navigational environment is becoming more and more complex, and the demand for the safety and security of navigation environment, including navigation assistance signs, is increasing. In order to make the overall e^ectiveness of navigation aids in the waters more able to meet and adapt to the existing navi-gational safety requirements, and to provide more comprehensive, systematic and complete navigation information, the present situation of navigation aids effectiveness of the 11 waterways involved has been fully evaluated in this paper. The problems and suggestions are put forward in order to give full play to the role of navigation security and to ensure the safety of navigation of ships at sea.
