石油化工装置防雷设计 被引量:1

摘要 石油化工装置是石油化工企业重要的生产装置,其规模较大,放置于室外,其坐落的区域一直弥漫着可燃性爆炸气体,是极其危险的易燃、易爆场所。石油化工装置由众多的塔、罐、容器等金属材质组成,并且随着企业生产自动化的发展,电子信息系统以及相应的电子仪器仪表广泛分布在石油化工装置上,从而极大的增加了雷击的潜在危险。为此,文章首先就石油化工装置的防雷设计必要性以及防雷分类进行阐述,然后分别从石油化工的建筑物、户外装置、变电所以及原油钢储罐的放电进行研究,并详细说明了防雷设计中的注意事项。 Petrochemical plant is an important production unit in petrochemical enterprises, its scale is large, placed in the out-door, its area has been filled with flammable explosive gas, is an extremely dangerous flammable, explosive site. Petrochemical plant is composed of many metal materials such as tower, tank, container and so on. With the development of production automation, elec-tronic information system and corresponding electronic instruments are widely distributed in petrochemical plant. This greatly increases the potential danger of lightning strikes. Therefore, the necessity of lightning protection design and the classification of lightning pro - tection for petrochemical plants are described in this paper, and then the discharge of petrochemical buildings, outdoor installations, substations and crude oil steel storage tanks is studied respectively, and the precautions in lightning protection design are described in detail.
