摘要
文章介绍某电厂660MW机组在冷态启动过程中,因为火焰检测[1]问题多次触发全炉膛火焰丧失保护,延迟了机组并网时间,增加了机组启动成本。对机组启动过程中影响火检的原因进行分析,进而提出避免触发全炉膛火焰丧失保护的优化措施。
In this paper, it is introduced that in the process of cold start-up of 660MW unit in a power plant, flame detection repeatedly triggers the loss of flame protection in the whole furnace, which delays the connection time of the unit and increases the start-up cost of the unit. This paper analyzes the reasons that a^ect the fire inspection during the start-up of the unit, and then puts forward the optimization measures to avoid triggering the loss of fire protection in the furnace.
