玻璃背板平板电视左右顶角的复合保护方案

摘要 玻璃背板平板电视左右顶角的复合保护方案,是为了解决最新出现的玻璃背板平板电视左右顶角的保护问题,玻璃背板平板电视比常规的平板电视重量增加超过30%,厚度从8mm减小到3mm,单位面积的压力增加近3倍,尤其左右顶角,是整个机器受力最薄弱的位置,本方案采用硅胶角垫、高密度EPE、常规EPS三重复合的方案,常规EPS做整体安装的型腔,用量最大成本最低,保证整体复合保护方案的成本不会增加太多;高密度EPE用量次之,其成本也介于常规EPS与硅胶角垫之间;性能最好价格最高的硅胶角垫用量最少,且与整机直接接触,很好的保护整机左右顶角。 The compound protection scheme of the left and right top angle of the glass back panel flat panel TV is to solve the protection problem of the right and left top angle of the new glass back panel flat panel TV. Its cost is also between the conventional EPS and silica gel corner pad; the best performance of the highest price of silicone corner pad is the least, and direct contact with the whole machine, a good protection of the machine left and right top angle.
