英国GMP对我国住院医师核心能力评估的借鉴

Enlightment of British Good Medical Practice to the Evaluation of the Core Competence of Residents in China

优质医疗实践(good medical practice,GMP)是英国综合医务委员会提出的住院医师核心能力指标和评估方法,其提出的指标涵盖住院医师核心能力的多个维度,基本满足科技进步和医学模式转变而对住院医师提出的新要求,制定的评估方法具有一定的信度、效度和可操作性。GMP对我国住院医师核心能力评估指标的制定和评估方法的提出,具有一定的借鉴和参考作用。

Good medical practice （ GMP） is proposed by the General Medical Council （ GMC ） , putting forward indicators assessment methods of the core competency of residents. The proposed indicators cover a number of dimensions of the residents, core competence and basically meet the new requirements on the residents in the scientific and technological progress and the changes of medical model. Because of the certain reliability, validity and maneuverability of the evaluation method, GMP can provide reference, to some extent, for the assessment of the core competence of residents in China.
