Thoughts and Suggestions on Legislation of Preschool Education in China

学前教育急需国家法令为依法办园和规范管理提供法治保障。建议通过立法并在立法中对学前教育的性质、地位、发展方向、教师地位、保教质量等做出明确、具体的规定,为切实解决学前教育在资源提供、监管督查、队伍建设、保教质量等诸多问题提供依据。

Preschool education is in urgent need of state decrees to provide legal safeguard for running kindergartens legally and regulating management.The legislation should be done timely,and the nature,the status,the development direction,teachers＇ status,the quality of nursing and teaching,etc.of preschool education should be made clear and specific,providing the foundation for solving problems such as provision of resources,supervision,team construction,the quality of nursing and teaching,etc.
