柔性直岛桥结构形变对信号传输的影响分析

摘要 针对高频信号下柔性电子系统中应用广泛的直岛桥结构在承受一维压缩、弯曲载荷引起的信号完整性问题,通过有限元软件,提取直岛桥结构变形后桥的形变参数,利用三维电磁仿真方法建立该结构的物理模型,在1~10GHz频率范围内分析其对信号传输性能的影响。结果表明,随着压缩、弯曲载荷的增大,回波损耗与近端串扰增大。在不改变模型可延展性的情况下,采用紧耦合差分对,可以提高信号的传输性能。 The signal transmission performance of the straight island-bridge structure in the flexible electronics is analyzed in the frequency range of 1-10 GHz under the condition of one-dimensional tension compression and bending load.The finite element software is used to extract the deformation parameters of the bridge and the physical model of the structure is established by three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation method.The results show that the return loss and near end cross talk rise with the increasement of compression and bending load.Using the tight coupling differential pair,the signal transmission is effectively improved without changing model scalability.
