摘要
针对现有云纹干涉图处理方法不能满足高速信号处理系统的要求,提出在FPGA上实现云纹干涉图的实时处理。基于频域干涉图分析原理,利用可编程逻辑器件设计并实现2D-FFT IP核,以进行高速干涉图分析技术。通过计算机仿真和实验验证,基于可编程逻辑器件平台进行干涉图分析的技术,可以完成条纹图的存储、2D-FFT变换、干涉条纹相位分布的提取等功能,从而实现高速云纹干涉图分析。实验测试结果表明,时钟频率为200MHz时,在硬件电路上运行时间为80ms。
In order to solve the situation that the existing method of Moire pattern processing can not meet the requirement of high-speed signal processing system, it is proposed to realize the real-time processing of Moire pattern on FPGA. Based on the principle of the frequency-domain analysis method for digital interferograms, proposes a high-speed analysis technique by using of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). By design and implement of a 2D-FFT IP core in the FPG八 platform, the proposed technique has the features of the storage of fringe patterns〉 2D-FFT transform, extracting the phase distribu-tion of fringe patterns. The effectiveness and reliability of the proposed one have been verified by computer simulations and real experiments. In the condition of the clock frequency of 200 MHz, the running time is 80 ms on FPGA hardware circuit.
