摘要
对吸盘式剥片机进行改进设计,并对其翻转过程进行力学分析。以某进口真空吸盘式镍始极片剥片机实际生产过程中存在的问题为研究对象,对此种吸盘式剥片机进行改进设计,利用三维建模软件UG10.0建立引进的吸盘式剥片机和改良的剥片机的三维模型,将所建三维模型导入运动学分析软件ADAMS,模拟剥片机翻转运动过程,分析剥片机翻转过程的受力情况。通过对改进后的吸盘式剥片机的运动学仿真分析,得到最佳的翻转时间和翻转架的受力情况。改进设计后的吸盘式剥片机使用性能优于引进的吸盘式剥片机,且能满足企业的生产要求。
Improving the design of the sucker-type stripping machine,and the mechanical analysis of the turning process is carried out.Taking the problem of the actual production process of the imported nickel pole piece vacuum sucker-type striping machine as research object,the three-dimensional modeling software UG10.0 was used to establish the 3D model of the introduction of the sucker-type stripping machine and the improved stripping machine,introducing the 3D model into the kinematics analysis software ADAMS,imitating the reversing process of the stripping machine's movement,and analyzing the force of the overturning process.Through the kinematic simulation analysis of the improved sucker-type machine,the optimal turning time and the force of the flip frame were obtained.The sucker-type stripping machine with improved design performed better than the introduced sucker-type striping machine,and meet the production requirements of enterprises.
