摘要
考察小陷胸汤传统提取方法与合煎提取方法对含生物碱量变化的影响.以含总生物碱量及含盐酸小檗碱量为指标,采用紫外可见分光光度法、HPLC法分别测定小陷胸汤传统提取方法及合煎提取方法,提取液中含总生物碱及盐酸小檗碱的量.合煎提取方法较传统提取方法,含总生物碱量及盐酸小檗碱量有明显降低.小陷胸汤在临床应用和新制剂开发中,应遵循经方原煎煮方法,更好发挥临床疗效.
The influence of traditional extraction method and con - decocting extraction on the change of alkaloid content in Xiaoxianxiong decoction was investigated. Based on the total al-kaloid content and the content of berberine as the index, the contents of total alkaloids and berberine in the traditional extraction and con - decocting extracts were determined by UV spectrophotometry and HPLC method respectively. The total alkaloid content and the content of berberine hydrochloride of con - decocting were significantly decreased. The original de-cocting method of Xiaoxianxiong decoction should be followed in the clinical application and development of new preparations to play better clinical efficacy .
