世界银行报告是评估各国营商环境的最权威报告,其国际排名对企业投资决策具有重要影响。上海营商环境对我国的国际排名影响较大,应针对《报告》中指出的短板指标进行重点改革,加快提升各项指标前沿得分,争取用较短时间将上海的国际排名提升至全球前50位,为提升我国营商环境总体排名、扩大开放和吸引外资作出重要贡献。

The World Bank report is the most authoritative report to evaluate the business environment of different countries,its international ranking has great influence on the investment decisions of enterprises.Shanghai's business environment has great influence on China's international ranking,we should reform the short board index pointed out in the report,accelerate the promotion of the score of various indicators,and strive to elevate Shanghai's international ranking to the top 50 in the world in5 years,so as to improve the overall ranking of China's business environment,expand openess and attract foreign investment.
