慕课背景下高校思想政治理论课教师教学能力面临的挑战及对策研究

高校思想政治理论课教师的教学能力直接决定着课程教学效果和学生学习效果,最终也直接决定着课程实效性的高与低,因此教师教学能力是教学活动的关键一环。面对慕课这一新的教学模式,思想政治理论课教师学习能力、传授能力以及创造"新"知识的能力都面临着前所未有的挑战,而思想政治理论课教师则需要增强及时更新教育理念的能力、整合教学资源的能力以及增强科研能力来应对挑战。

The Teachers＇ teaching ability in ideological and political theory course not only directly determines the teaching effect and students＇ learning effect,but also affects the course efficiency,so teachers＇ teaching ability is a key part of teaching activities.In the face of the new teaching mode Mu class,teachers of ideological and political theory course meet unknown challenges in the aspects of learning new knowledge teaching ability and creating ability of ＂new＂knowledge.To cope with the challenges,teachers should enhance their abilities of updating the educational concepts,integrating teaching resources and doing the scientific research.
