摘要
中高职协调发展是构建现代职业教育体系内涵要求。通过分析发达国家中高职衔接模式经验与启示:以日本为代表的五年一贯制模式;以英国为代表的单元衔接模式;以美国为代表的课程大纲衔接模式;以澳大利亚为代表的培训包模式。探讨解决问题对策:促进骨干职教集团完善行业职业标准;着眼未来可持续发展需要,突出学生软技能提升;以职业成长阶段为逻辑起点,构建一体化课程体系。
the coordinated development of middle and higher vocational education is the connotation requirement of constructing modern vocational education system.By analyzing the experience and Inspiration of the convergence mode of Higher Vocational Education in developed countries,this paper probes into the development and training of endogenous convergence in Vocational and technical education through improving the professional standards of industry and developing integrated curriculum system.
