爱洛斯对高校教育者自我实现的启示

爱洛斯自古希腊就成为较为成熟的哲学概念,并将其运用在城邦政治生活中。在证实爱洛斯与自我实现的密切关系之余,通过爱者(高校)产生对被爱者(教育者)的吸引到维持二者爱慕的发展过程探索高尚爱洛斯如何对教育者自我实现产生作用。将现实对策与作为新途径的爱洛斯结合在作用过程中,必须避免沉迷于眷恋自己的所属、不动心与强梁倾向的产生,消除低俗爱洛斯的滋生,最终以社会主义核心价值观为尺推动教育者的自我实现。

Eros has become a mature philosophical idea since ancient Greece,and it was used in the political life of the city politics. In the process of confirming the close relationship between Eros and the self-realization of guiders and teachers,the essay also states that firstly the lovers（ colleges and universities） attract the loved ones（ the guiders and teachers） and then the loved ones admire the lovers. We explore the effect of noble erotic on the self-actualization of the functions of guiders and teachers in colleges and universities. The combination of realistic countermeasures and the erotic as a new way in the process of action must avoid indulging in their love and spiritual abuse to eliminate the breeding of vulgar love,and ultimately the socialist core values should be taken as a foot to boost the self-actualization of guiders and teachers.
