摘要
在浮法玻璃生产过程中,因为锡槽中气氛的污染不仅对玻璃质量造成严重影响,也会造成锡损耗增加。本研究尝试在锡液中加入微量元素锗,研究改善液态锡的抗氧化性能。研究方法包括氧化过程观察、氧化物形貌分析、渣重-时间的动力学曲线以及XRD分析等手段。研究发现当锗含量为0.02%时,锡锗合金的抗氧化性表现为最优。
Because the pollution of the atmosphere in the tin bath, in the production process of float glass, not only has a serious effect on the glass quality, but also causes the increase oftin loss. This study attempts to improve the oxidation resistance of liquid tin by adding trace element method. The research methods include oxidation process observation, oxide morphology analysis, slag weight - time dynamic curve and XRD analysis.The results showed that the oxidation resistance of the tin germanium alloy was the best when the germanium content was 0.02%.
