摘要
从切割尺寸精度控制的实质入手,找出导致玻璃基板切割尺寸变化的因素。结合生产中出现的情况以及有效的解决措施进行综合分析,对提高玻璃基板切割精度控制具有指导意义。
The factors that lead to the dimensional fluctuation of cut glass substrate are found out from the essence of dimensional precision control. Combining with the issues occurred to production process and the effective measures to solve the problems, the ideas in this paper is of guiding significance to improve the precision control of cutting glass substrate.
