摘要
基于TI公司的ADC芯片ADS54T02,提出了一种应用于LTE-Advanced宽带的高速率高精度ADC接口设计及实现。首先简要介绍了选用的高速ADC芯片的技术特点;然后重点叙述了ADS54T02芯片在反馈Burst模式下的工作原理和设计方案,利用XILINX公司的Kintex-7系列FPGA完成高速ADC接口设计;最后进行了硬件系统的实验测试,验证接口能够正常稳定工作。该方案也在LTE的基站设备中广泛应用。
Based on TI company's ADC chip ADS54T02,a design of high speed and high precision ADC interface in LTE-Advanced broadband application is presented. Firstly,the technical characteristics of ADS54T02 are briefly introduced; Secondly,the working principle and design scheme in feedback burst mode are described in detail and the high speed ADC interface design is completed using XILINX company Kintex-7 series FPGA; finally,the hardware system is tested in the lab and the result verified the interface can work stably. The design scheme also is applied widely in LTE BTS.
